It was a hot summer day and the hype for the opening of Zerodegrees falls in Bellaire by Chinatown in Houston. On the Instagram feed the comments are going wild, people are excited about this new place and let me just say the content looked delicious! I went to check this out because l needed to know if their signature Mangonada was any good as the others I’ve tried around Houston. After standing two hours in line outside tolerating the waves of heat, I finally tried the mangonada and I was so satisfied. The ambience of the outlet was favorable and very minimalistic.
What attracts most of us millennials these days in Houston are places that serve us is food! As being a food junkie myself, traveling around, I try to pursue that perfect place that satisfies my needs for a cute picture for the ‘gram. The places that I have found are ornamental with a moderate touch have become some of my favorite go to places for a quick snack or a cup of coffee.

Zerodegrees
Opened this summer, it offered a variety of drinks to keep us cool during the crazy heat. Also serving hot cheeto elote and spicy fruit drinks among their extensive menu. You can get your order in cute mason jars and travel bottles.
Honey Art Café
The walls are covered in art. The walls are adorned with bright colored paintings and they even have room in the back for painting. The best dessert here in my opinion is the parfait.
Share Tea
Best thing about this place would be that some of the drinks come in light bulbs! Of course the bulb is plastic but the aesthetic is just fabulous. How cool is it that you get to drink a flavored tea out of a light bulb? Totally cool.
Tout Suite
The most minimalist coffee house I’ve ever been to, in my opinion. The coffee art is just so wonderful I cant help myself from taking a million
pictures of it before I drink it. The atmosphere just makes you want to become a novelist and read all the time.
Catalina Coffee
Similar to Tout Suite, their coffee is delicious! The whole outlet gives off vintage vibes and you sit there sipping your coffee thinking how calm you feel.
