Brad Paisley put on a country show with excellent stage presence and surprising audience interaction Monday night.
The show started with a recognition of first responders. After, the gates opened for the animal athletes, mainly bucking horses, to roam as they spoke on the legacy of Bucks.

After the standard pyrotechnics, Paisley came on stage strumming his guitar. He wandered around the stage playing alongside his fiddler while green matrix code-esque visuals rained behind them on the big screen.
Paisley’s boots hit the dirt as he began “Perfect Storm.” He went up to fans to hand out fist bumps and assist with selfies as he sang.
He circled the west barricade before hopping back onstage for “Water.” His guitar hummed with intensity. He followed up with “Waitin’ on a Woman,” while snippets of the original music video projected on the revolving stage.
The Grammy-winning artist gave a big thank you to first responders before asking Houston if any lovers were in the crowd. Following with “Then,” he once again traversed the floor.
He returned to the stage for some back-to-back hits such as “River Bank,” “Last Time for Everything,” a smooth transition into Prince’s “Purple Rain” and Alabama’s “Mountain Music.”
By the end of this musical montage, Paisley found himself on the dirt yet again in front of the exclusive floor seats.
He challenged his band to match his speed as he began a guitar solo. This expanded into an instrumental explosion. The challenge concluded as “I’m Still a Guy” played.
While still on the floor, the artist noticed a fan recording him and asked for her phone. She allowed him access to her Instagram where he posted a selfie captioned, “Sexiest man alive.” The fan was Bodybuilder Lorena Morales. Morales’ following grew to 2.7 thousand after the show.
In honor of those first at the scene, Paisley continued the show with a cover of George Strait’s “The Fireman.” He followed up with “Wrapped Around” and “She’s Everything” before checking Houston’s energy with a guitar solo.
He welcomed the audience to go fishing as he began “I’m Gonna Miss Her.” Transitioning into “Mud on the Tires,” he commanded the fiddler to give the crowd a string solo which he expertly executed.
The show ended with “Alcohol” as the artist was ushered out of the stadium. The band continued with the clash of drums and guitars. Gradually, they crescendoed until the lights went out.
