Sunday, Aug. 17, was a big night at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion with Big Time Rush performing their In Real Life Worldwide Tour.

Big Time Rush, originally a Nickelodeon series from the early 2000s, performed a setlist that included every song from every episode.

Special guests and former co-stars of the series Katelyn Tarver and Stephen Kramer Glickman opened the show.

Glickman, who played Gustavo Rocque, opened with rock versions of “Pink Pony Club” by Chappell Roan and “Bad Guy” by Billie Eilish. After his performance, Tarver, who played Jo Taylor, performed “Don’t Eat Pray Love,” her newest release.

Big Time Rush opened with their theme song, “Big Time Rush.” The entire venue screamed the lyrics.

The Dogs, as nicknamed by Glickman’s character in the series, wore their iconic red, white and black outfits.

Band members Kendall Schmidt and Logan Henderson jumped on the stage trampolines while Carlos PenaVega and James Maslow ran up and down the stage runway.

From “Windows Down” to “Music Sounds Better,” the atmosphere was filled with energy, joy and excitement.

Glickman later appeared back on stage in a glamorous, white sparkly suit with a huge grand piano. He sang slowed-down versions of “Shot in the Dark” and “Big Night.” Each member sang a slow song with Glickman as well.

Nostalgia filled the venue.

During “Halfway There,” BTR took a stroll through the crowd, reading signs and hugging fans, making their nights.

After singing three songs on a smaller stage in the back of the venue, they returned to the main stage.

They chose four girls to be their “Worldwide Girls” as they sang “Worldwide.” For many Rushers, this is a dream come true.

BTR closed the show with their hit single “Boyfriend” as confetti fell over the nostalgia-filled venue.
