On Mar. 9, 2026, award winning country music artist Luke Bryan returned for his 13th performance at RODEOHOUSTON®.
Bryan has performed at the rodeo every year since 2012 (excluding the years everything shut down during the pandemic).
He wore a white T-shirt, jeans, cowboy boots and a cap which perfectly fit his fun and laid-back performance.
It was a night full of his greatest hits and felt like a stroll down memory lane.
“Are you ready to rock out rodeo style?”, said Bryan.
NRG Stadium served as a time machine, taking the audience back to the mid-2000s with songs such as “I Don’t Want This Night to End”, “Play It Again” and “Country Girl”.
The crowd danced and sang all night long to Bryan’s most popular hits.
The performance was a dose of nostalgia, feeling as if everyone was singing around a campfire.
Bryan compared the atmosphere to the Fourth of July.
Bryan has a natural talent for performing on stage. However, this performance did not feel showy, but natural and genuine.
Bryan spent the night dancing around the stage, rocking out with the band and even shared the keyboard with his pianist.
The atmosphere was electric, and it was a night of high-energy, nostalgia, and power ballads.

During the song “Drink a Beer,” the stadium cuts the lights while the audience sings along with Bryan.
“Where are the beautiful Texas women out there tonight?” Bryan said, hyping up the crowd.
As the night winds down, Bryan made his way to the floor to take selfies with fans and touch hands with the audience.
Then, an unforgettable moment happened during the last song of the set, “Country Girl”.
While serenading a group of fans on the ground level, Bryan is handed a baby which he holds while continuing to sing “Country Girl”.
This interaction is met with smiles and laughter from the audience. After Bryan returns the baby, the father is grinning from ear to ear.
Luke Bryan’s 13th appearance was an energetic, laid-back, nostalgic, emotional, and overall an unforgettable night.
Bryan is currently serving as a judge on “American Idol” and is scheduled to appear at the iHeartCountry Festival in May.
Bryan is also headlining two tours this year: the Word on the Street Tour and the Farm Tour.
