Panic! At the Disco is coming to Houston Saturday on tour with their latest album, “Viva Las Vengeance.”

Panic! The Disco will be arriving at the Toyota Center on Sept. 10 as part of their current North American tour. They are out in support of their latest album “Viva Las Vengeance,” released Aug. 19.

The Las Vegas alternative has been a mainstay in the scene since 2005 following their debut album, “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out.” The members in the band have evolved over the years, likely contributing to the sometimes dramatic change in sound album to album. However, the sound and spirit of the act has remained the same thanks to frontman Brendon Urie, current vocalist, songwriter and final founding member.

“Viva Las Vengeance” is their seventh studio album, and a significant departure from their usual sound. Then again, Panic! Has always been known for self-innovation, with no album sounding quite like the others. Currently, the sound seems to be heavily influenced by musical theater and bombastic acts like Queen.
