The Zac Brown Band brought their signature southern charm and extended jams to a packed NRG Stadium on Thursday, March 14, for the 2024 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. With over 70,000 fans in attendance, the energy was electric as the band launched into their setlist.

Wasting no time, Zac Brown Band kicked things off with the bluegrass-infused favorite, “Knee Deep.” The crowd erupted in cheers, setting the tone for a night of good times and singalongs. Throughout the show, the band showcased their musical versatility, delivering both their chart-topping hits and surprising the audience with a cover of the Rolling Stones classic, “Paint it Black.”

The band’s nine members, including the recent addition of multi-instrumentalist Caroline Jones, brought a dynamic energy to the stage. Jones’ presence was particularly noticeable on songs like “As She’s Walking Away,” where her harmonies added a new dimension to the band’s sound.

As the night drew to a close, the entire stadium was on its feet for a rousing rendition of the Zac Brown Band’s signature closer, “Chicken Fried.”  The song’s familiar melody and sing-along chorus sent the crowd off into the night with a smile, leaving everyone wanting more.

The Zac Brown Band’s performance at RodeoHouston was a night to remember, solidifying their place as one of country music’s most beloved live acts.
